HTC has decided to give its fans a reason to celebrate by rolling out the Android 2.3 update. HTC Desire HD is one of the blessed handset which will get this update. This update is available first on Vodafone.
The new and updated OS will add smooth functionality of reasonable features that one HTC Desire HD owner vies for. This improvement includes easy copy and paste and shall be available sometime before end of june.

HTC Incredible S happens to be an odd kid for not getting android 2.3 as an OS despite being launched in 2011. It has com with Android froyo which is more well versed in the market.
The update is most probably going to be available for unbranded and unlocked handsets, as the network providers need to check for the final time to make sure whether the software will work on your phone or not.
