If rumours are to believed than Samsung is going to come up with an upgraded version of the “Hottest” new phone of the year Galaxy S2, known as the Samsung Galaxy S 2 Plus.
Mediawise this news comes from a credible source in Asia, one source also said that the updated vesion will have a different name. Now the curiosity is all about that when it comes to phones how much power is too much power.
It’s doubted that Galaxy S2 Plus will have an 1.4GHz of processor whereas current phone has 1.2GHz processor. When S2 was announced then it planned to have a 1GHz chip and now it seems that Samsung changed their plan and upgraded the processor just to make users have a great experience with apps and games. It’s also speculated that S2 Plus will have 1GB of RAM and Android2.3.4 software.
The current version is itself is a powerful smart phone. It has a 4.3 inch Super AMOLED touch screen, with a super powerful processor and an 8MP camera. The device is very quick and responsive with Samsung’s TouchWiz’s clean and friendly front end. It also has more than 2.5 lakh of apps in the Android market.
So, if Samsung decides to do so then they would want S2 Plus to look a little less than an iPhone.
